Sherrie Levine

Sherrie Levine



Sherrie Levine is an American Photographer and appropriation artist.

She is mostly known for her work "After Walker Evans" in her 1980 

solo exhibition at metro picture gallery.

She rephotographed Walker Evans work of the great depression without any manipulating it.

Logos that I like

Logos that I like


these are the logos that I like because they show the meaning very clearly and very thoughtfully. 


this logo show us the water drop by mixing it with the "W". 
and if we have seen it without the words below we stile can understand the meaning behind the logo. 


for this logo the representation of the coffee word by using the steam that are coming from the coffee cup is very nice.




this logo has a very nice way of showing the family using the "l" and the "i"


"Diamond Book-store" combining the diamond shape with the book is very clever.
